I’m not asking you to quit your current job but rather work in your spare time towards a common goal many of us are trying to achieve. Financial freedom.

I am offering a FULL 20% ownership of the Industrial Classifieds in exchange for your talent and skill.
No pay, sorry. You will receive 20% from all advertising sales and from any other source of income that the Industrial Classifieds creates. I will put this in writing.

If you don’t have a plan B set up for your future perhaps this could be it.

There are of course some restrictions such as you cannot sell off your 20% to someone else.
There is a time frame and you must keep up and maintain the web site.
There are no funds on my part to pay for any software or anything else for that matter.
You must already own or have access to any and all software needed to perform your task.

Web Designer/Navigation Architect
Min 4 years experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
In this important role, you will be responsible for the web site design, architecture, and front end planning. This will include creating designs and applications to interface with current database technology. MS Access.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
To be optimally successful in this role, you should have 4 - 6 years experience in Web design and publishing, with a background in Business Communications, Visual Design. You should possess the creativity and technical acumen to design and publish functional and aesthetic Web site.

Web Master Position
Min 4 years experience.

Detailed Job Description/Requirements:

Building up web site traffic will be your primary function.

WEBMASTER / MARKETER to maintain and update web site. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and capabilities: ** self-starter and highly motivated ** excellent written and oral communication skills is a must ** knowledge of Internet standards and development / site management tools ** strong knowledge of HTML programming and site design / layout skills ** strong understanding of business concepts and possess business savvy ** ability to communicate effectively and positively at all levels ** knowledge of search engine criteria for gaining higher rankings ** developing "exchange-a-link" program ** development of additional content ideas ** implement the web visitor analysis tools and measure visitor activity   ** design and execute marketing programs that are done via the web site ** knowledge and use of FTP for web publishing ** implementing a link-checking process and creating processes to monitor the site ** knowledge of CGI/Pearl, JavaScript and or Java a plus ** Graphics capabilities a plus ** Windows 98 preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of NT 4.0 and SSI a must.
